Pickup-address information
Write Gazipur, Zirakpur, Punjab together with the street, project or premises, unit and entrance. Retain any spelling shown on the property address. A road name, a project phase and the property containing the material should be recorded separately so a similarly named destination is not substituted. NK Sharma’s directory places Savitry Greens 2 on Gazipur Road and Savitry Greens on VIP Road. The names and roads are distinct. A common developer or a similar name does not establish the same entrance, management contact or participating-buyer arrangement. For the disclosed appliances and equipment lot, the Gazipur address decision is: preserve the project phase and actual Gazipur collection address. Use the owner-confirmed entrance and storage position. A project brochure or office location cannot confirm present vehicle access, carrying help or permission to use a shared handover point. Record device identity, condition for the material at that storage point, then confirm the evaluation basis for that same lot. Identify the stored floor, external dimensions and present connections. Confirm competent removal, carrying responsibilities and any charges before treating inspection of a device as an arranged collection. If the address is Savitry Greens 2 or another Gazipur premises, identify the exact block and unit before discussing a coordinated lot. Keep each participant’s ownership and payment separate unless a common arrangement is expressly authorised. Do not send a collecting buyer to a similarly named project on a different road.
Material and handling information
Photograph the complete device, accessible model label and any visible damage. Record approximate external dimensions and identify where it is stored. Say whether it remains installed, connected to plumbing, fixed to a wall or part of a larger system. Agree on removal responsibilities before moving or disconnecting equipment. Refrigerant circuits, gas connections, fixed electrical supplies and heavy installed equipment require competent handling. Do not open sealed components, vent refrigerant or cut connections yourself for a quote. Furniture and computers remain in the legacy list, but their primary classification and overlapping page intent require review.
What to Confirm With the Selected Buyer
Compare acceptance, inspection, quantity measurement, handling responsibilities and the final payable amount for the actual disclosed lot.
| Comparison point | What to check |
|---|---|
| Same disclosed material | Compare the same inventory, included parts, condition and photographs. A separated lot and an unexplained mixed lot are not equivalent. |
| Evaluation and measurement basis | Ask whether the indication is per complete item, for a reusable device, for selected components or by accepted material weight. Confirm whether carrying, dismantling, disconnection and transport are included or charged separately. A device's rated capacity is not its scrap weight. |
| Acceptance and minimum quantity | Confirm whether the buyer accepts the actual material and estimated quantity at the actual address. A category listing is not a universal acceptance rule. |
| Access and removal responsibility | Agree on the authorised entrance, storage-to-handover path, competent removal where needed and who provides labour or equipment. |
| Charges and exclusions | Ask about pickup, carrying, dismantling or handling charges and identify excluded material before agreeing to collect. |
| Final amount and payment | Confirm accepted quantity, final offer, deductions, payment method and timing after inspection and agreed measurement. |

- Example locality
- Gazipur, Zirakpur
- Example material
- Example: If your request concerns a block or unit whose full address distinguishes a project phase, describe the offered appliances and equipment separately from anything retained or owned by someone else. The material question is device identity, condition; the address question is preserve the project phase and actual Gazipur collection address. An installed appliance, a disconnected complete unit and loose components are different inventories. Record the included units, accessories and connections; a whole-device offer cannot be compared directly with a bare metal-rate quote. Use the owner-confirmed entrance and storage position. A project brochure or office location cannot confirm present vehicle access, carrying help or permission to use a shared handover point. Compare the same included items at that stated storage position, rather than an offer for a different lot or an entrance that has not been agreed.
- Quantity details
- Example measurement questions: Ask whether the indication is per complete item, for a reusable device, for selected components or by accepted material weight.
